Lejeune Marine killed in Afghanistan
Cpl. Sean A. Osterman, 21, of Princeton, Minn., died Dec. 16 from wounds received Dec. 14 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, officials said.
Posted — UpdatedCAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. — A Camp Lejeune Marine was killed last week in Afghanistan, the Department of Defense announced Monday.
Cpl. Sean A. Osterman, 21, of Princeton, Minn., died Dec. 16 from wounds received Dec. 14 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, officials said.
Osterman was assigned to the 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force.
