LaCroix has been hit with a lawsuit over its sparkling water beverages.

The suit has been filed by a law firm on behalf of a customer who claims tests show synthetic ingredients in the fizzy drink.

The customer alleges that the drinks include an ingredient used in cockroach insecticide as well as other artificial ingredients.

LaCroix denies the allegations, saying all essences in LaCroix sparkling waters are 100 percent natural.
