'Large scale' power outage impacts Apex neighborhoods
The Apex Police Department said Monday the town is experiencing a "large scale" power outage in multiple neighborhoods.

APEX, N.C. — The Apex Police Department said Monday the town is experiencing a "large scale" power outage in multiple neighborhoods.
Before 8:15 a.m., power outages were reported in multiple areas, including Cameron Park, Dogwood Ridge, Pearson Farms, Scotts Mill, Ashley Downs, Perry Farms, Whitehall, Broadstone Station, West Street, Baucom Street and Second Street.
A Facebook post from Apex police asked residents to call 919-372-7475 to report an outage.
The number of outages was not available.
