The March to Savings Mega Event continues this week with lots of great buys and there are also good deals on chicken breast, grapes, milk and more! Sale prices valid through March 26, 2011.

Kroger Coupon Policy Basics

Doubles coupons up to .50

Many Kroger stores only allow 2 identical coupons per day (check with your store about their limits)

No total limits of coupons doubled per day

Senior Citizen’s Day on Tuesday’s: If you are born on or before 1954, receive a 5% discount on total grocery bill (excludes alcohol, tobacco and prescriptions)

March to Savings Mega Event: Buy 10 participating items and get $5 off at the register. It’s basically .50 off per item as long as you buy 10. Here are the deals from the ad that stood out to me, although there are many unadvertised participating items you will find in the store. Prices

are after .50 per item discount.

Ronzoni Healthy Harvest, Smart Taste or San Giorgio pasta .49 - $1/2 coupons from 1/23 = FREE

If the Garden Delight variety is also included in the promotion, use the $1 coupon from 1/23 to make that FREE as well.

Pedigree canned dog food .49 - BOGO coupon from 3/6 = .24 each

Philadelphia cooking crème 10 oz $1.99 - $1.50 coupon from 3/6 = .49

Bumble Bee tuna pouches 2.5 oz .49

Rice A Roni or Pasta Roni .79 - coupon for Buy any THREE Rice A Roni and get a FREE Pasta Roni up to $2 in value = .59 each when you get 4 and use the coupon

a great deal as these often go on sale for $1 before coupons)

Weight Watchers Smart Ones entrees $1.38 - $1/5 printable coupon = $1.18 each

Land O Lakes half and half 32 oz $1.99 - .75/1 printable coupon = $1.24

Kraft singles 16 count $1.99 - .55/1 coupon from 2/13 = $1.44 (these are a better deal at Lowes Foods through 3/22 with the Lowes Foods store coupon found in the ad and the .55 coupon = .40 each)

International Delight creamers, 32 oz $1.99 - .55/1 printable coupon = $1.44

Prescription transfer deal: The ad indicates that you get $25 in free groceries when you transfer a prescription. I did this couple months ago and they load $25 on to your Kroger card.

Kroger peanut butter 18 oz $1.25 (my usual buy price is $1 with sales and coupons but if you are running low, this is a good price)

Old Spice or Secret deodorant $1.99 – coupon for Buy 1 Old Spice deodorant and get 1 Old Spice body wash for free (up to $3.99) = .98 each after sale and coupon
