Kohl's now accepting Amazon returns at all stores

Amazon shoppers can now bring their returns to the customer service desk at Kohl's and they will package, label and ship the items back to Amazon for free!

The Kohl's and Amazon partnership was started in 2017 in a select number of stores but has just rolled out to stores nationwide this month. According to the Kohl's website, Amazon Returns are now accepted at all Kohl’s stores (excluding Anchorage, Alaska).

2. Initiate the return processs for the item you wish to return.

3. Select the Kohl's Dropoff option.

4. Amazon will then e-mail a QR Code to you.

5. Bring your return to a participating Kohl's store and show the Kohl's associate the QR Code.

6. Kohl's will then pack, label and ship your return back to Amazon for FREE!

You do not even have to bring in the shipping box that Amazon used to send you the item originally.
