Knightdale man faces statutory rape, drug charges

Knightdale, N.C. — Authorities have accused a 26-year-old Knightdale man with having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Ricardo Cruz, 1214 Delham Road, faces charges of statutory rape and possession of cocaine.
The alleged sexual offenses occurred in January, according to arrest warrants.
Cruz was being held in the Wake County Jail under a $60,000 bond Sunday.
