King Charles was admitted at a private London hospital Friday to undergo a corrective procedure for an enlarged prostate. 

Good to be with you. What we know is that King Charles was admitted into the London Clinic, a hospital that's just about 20 minutes away from where we are here at Buckingham Palace early this morning. This is the same hospital where Princess Kate is being treated as well. This is where she underwent her planned abdominal surgery last week. That was successful according to Kensington Palace and she's recovering. Now, NBC news has confirmed that the king met with her, he visited with her this morning ahead of his planned treatment. What we know about the king's condition is that he sought treatment for an enlarged prostate and that he will undergo this corrective procedure. What is unclear is how long he's going to remain in the hospital? But Buckingham Palace does tell us that he's expected to have a short recovery. Now, take a look at Princess Kate's condition. We understand that she will remain in the hospital. She should be released any day now. But last week, they were telling us that she would in the hospital to recover 10 to 14 days, she will then be released to go home where she's expected to recover in about 2 to 3 months. And so it's the advice of the doctors according to Kensington Palace that she doesn't resume her duties until after Easter. So that certainly gives you an idea of just how significant a surgery she underwent. In Britain, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York and former wife of Prince Andrew, announced on Sunday that she has skin cancer.
