Kindergarten registration to start in Durham

Durham moms ... it's time to sign up your little ones for kindergarten.
Registration for year-round and magnet schools begins Monday, March 1. It's March 8 for traditional schools. Click here for information on what you'll need, where to go and what schools to consider.
I especially like the activity calendar the system has on its site with activities for each day of the year to get your child ready for school. It has some good ideas regardless of where your child goes to school in the Triangle.

Registration is open now for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools.
It starts March 25 for Johnston County schools.
And it began this month for Wake County schools. Check the videos just to the left to learn more about what's required and Wake and also get some ideas about how to prepare your child for schools.
