Kidzu Children's Museum in Chapel Hill is offering some good deals if you become a member or renew by June 30.

Annual family memberships start at $75 for a family with up to four kids and allow you free admission to the museum. If you sign on by June 30, you'll get free admission for 13 months instead of the usual 12.

And it costs a little bit more to go to Kidzu these days. On June 1, the museum aimed at kids 0 to 8, began charging $5 for visitors 24 months and older and $2 for visitors 12 to 23 months.

Membership also includes invitations to member-only events and discounts at the gift shop and for birthday parties.

And from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Kidzu members will receive free admission for one child with one paid adult at museums across the state, including the Greensboro Children's Museum, Art Quest of Greensboro, Fascinate-U Children's Museum in Fayetteville, SciWorks of Winston-Salem, the Children's Museum of Winston-Salem, and Exploration Station of Lumberton.
