Kenly police respond to double shooting

KENLY, N.C. — Kenly police responded to a call that two people were shot early Monday, Johnston County dispatchers said.

The call came in just after 12:30 a.m. about the shooting on South Wilson Street.

Crews transported two people to WakeMed, officials said. Their conditions were not available.

Police have not released any additional information.
