Kamala Harris to join NC Dems in livestream 'virtual campaign stop'
Vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris will join North Carolina Democratic Reps. (NC-12) and G. K. Butterfield (NC-01) Friday in a live event on Twitter, part of the Turn Up and Turn Out virtual tour.

The campaign event begins at 5:45 p.m. and you can join from anywhere.
The tour is the Democratic ticket's answer to coronavirus restrictions on widespread travel and large, packed events. It begins on Friday, National Black Voter Day, with the North Carolina "stop."
Through Oct. 1, Harris and her running mate, presidential candidate Joe Biden, are making virtual "stops" in battleground states to interact with voters and push voter registration.
