Harris teeter, Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi deals are valid through 3/13.  Food Lion is doubling coupons this week in the Triangle and Fayeteville stores and the deals below include the coupon doubled.

Harris Teeter: Smart Balance milk, 64 oz (1/2 gallon), $3.00 - $1.50 coupon from 3 /4 SS = $1.50 (like paying $3 for a gallon – a good price)

Harris Teeter: Sara Lee Honey Wheat or whole wheat bread BOGO for $1.44 (there are tear pads on shelves at some stores for $1 off milk when you buy 1 Sara Lee bread. I saw the tear pad in Lowes Foods. With coupon, it makes the milk only $1.97 for a gallon!)
