(CNN) — The judge in Stormy Daniels' lawsuit against President Donald Trump and his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, has issued a stay, delaying the case for 90 days.

Cohen's attorney had requested the delay on the grounds that Cohen would not be able to provide information in the lawsuit without infringing on his Fifth Amendment rights. The judge agreed with Cohen's attorney's argument and granted the stay.
