Bonjournal is a travel journaling app with a simple interface. You can create your post and share it with family and friends on Facebook, Twitter or old-fashioned e-mail. Bonjournal also lets you customize privacy settings to decide what you want to share.
Polarsteps automatically tracks your travels. It will marry your GPS location with the pictures and videos you took along the way and post everything on a colorful world map that you can share with everybody. Polarsteps is free for iOS and Android.
