Johnston teen could face charges in connection with NYC shooting
A Johnston County teen is facing possible charges after police in New York City say he shot at a 12-year-old inside a barber shop.
Posted — UpdatedPolice said surveillance video shows Joshua Wilson approaching a barber shop, but then stepping away. He returns back to the shop, backs up and then pulls out a gun, shoots and fires. He can also been seen running off.
NYPD officers said one shot was fired and no one was hurt.
Just a few days after NYPD released the video, Johnston County deputies arrested Wilson at his home on a fugitive warrant.
Wilson's great uncle says if it is in fact proven that Wilson was the shooter, the family is deeply sorry for what happened.
