DUNN, N.C. — A Johnston County man died Tuesday in a single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 95 that also injured his brother and a third man, state troopers said.

Javier Flores Loredo, 52, of Four Oaks, was behind the wheel of a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe when a tire blew out along I-95 south in Dunn, troopers said. Loredo lost control of the SUV, which went off the right side of the highway. He over-corrected, causing the SUV to overturn.

Loredo was pronounced dead at the scene.

His brother, Ricardo Flores Loredo, 50, of Coats, and Manuel Dejesus Aualos-Machado, 41, of Four Oaks, suffered minor injuries and were taken to Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital in Dunn.
