Johnston County deputies arrest naked burglar
William Tyler Woods, 26, of Carolina Beach, was charged with burglary, damage to property and breaking into a motor vehicle.

Deputies were responding to a residential break-in on Joyner Bridge Road, near Four Oaks, on Saturday morning. Before arriving on the scene, they received a report that a naked man was near the home trying to break into a car.
Deputies chased the man until he jumped into a 20-foot-deep well. The man waited in waist-deep water until emergency workers lowered a rope for him to climb out.
William Tyler Woods, 26, of Carolina Beach, was charged with burglary, damage to property and breaking into a motor vehicle.
Woods was being held under a $42,000 bond in the Johnston County jail on Thursday.
