Comedian Jim Gaffigan put out the announcement on the Pabst Theater Group's YouTube page Thursday morning. The show will be on September 22, 2018. The new arena will open in the fall of 2018.

Tickets for Gaffigan's show will go on sale to the general public on Friday, Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. at www.ticketmaster.com.

Gaffigan is from suburban Chicago, but his wife is from Milwaukee and he makes a lot of stops in the city.
