<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Jill Scott and Run D.M.C. will headline the<strong> <a href="http://aocfestival.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Art of Cool Festival</a></strong> in September, the festival announced Tuesday.

Jill Scott and Ari Lennox will perform at Durham Bulls Athletic Park on Sept. 27, with Run D.M.C. and Whodini set to perform on Sept. 28.

The annual festival will be held Sept. 27-29 at various venues in downtown Durham. Tickets go on sale Saturday. A portion of proceeds will benefit programs at Hillside and North Carolina Central University.
