OF COURSE, THIS IS STORM BEEN FOLLOWING ABOUT THE DEATHS OF LYRIC WOODS AND DEVIN CLARK. THE SUSPECT IN THIS CASE, ISAIAH ROSS MAKING AN APPEARANCE TODAY IN A BOND HEARING IN ORANGE COUNTY. HERE'S SOME VIDEO OF HIM. HE'LL WALK OUT OF THE DOOR HERE MOMENTARILY ON AREAS SITTING DOWN AND INVESTIGATORS HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH EXACTLY WHAT THEY THINK HAPPENED LEADING UP TO THE SHOOTING. HE TOLD THIS WITNESS THAT LYRIC WAS IN THE BACK SEAT THAT SHE WAS SCREAMING AND THAT HE SHOT HER. EVEN STATED THAT HE DUMPED THE BODIES SO THAT NOBODY WOULD FIND THEM. BOTH OF THESE CONVERSATIONS TOOK PLACE BEFORE THE BODIES HAD BEEN DISCOVERED. &gt;&gt; STILL A LOT OF QUESTIONS HERE AS THIS STORY CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ANOTHER KEY TAKE AWAY FROM THE SUSPECT'S ATTORNEY SAYS ISAIAH ROSS ATTORNEY THAT THE GUN BELONGED TO THE FATHER OF DEVIN CLARK HERE PHOTOGRAPHED BEHIND ME. Mother reacts after bond hearing in connection with murders of Lyric Woods, Devin Clark in Orange County

Issiah Mehki Ross, who was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Lyric Woods and Devin Clark, appeared in court Tuesday as a judge denied bond.

Issiah Ross, who went to school with Devin Clark at Eastern Alamance High School in Mebane, will be tried as an adult. He has been in custody since Oct. 5.

CHELSEA DONOVAN TELLING US THAT THE HEARING LASTED ALL THE 2 MINUTES OF OF LOSSES. ATTORNEY FILED A COUPLE OF MOTIONS, ONE FOR A BOND HEARING. THE OTHER FOR RETURN OF PROPERTY. THE BODIES OF THOSE 2 TEENAGE WAS TEENAGERS WERE FOUND IN THE WOODED AREA IN ORANGE IT TOOK AUTHORITIES ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF TO CATCH UP WITH ISAIAS WAS EVENTUALLY THEY CAUGHT UP WITH HIM IN DELAWARE AND BROUGHT HIM BACK HERE TO ORANGE COUNTY TO FACE CHARGES. THE MOTIVE REMAINS UNCLEAR RIGHT NOW, BUT WE DO KNOW THAT DRAWS DID GO TO SCHOOL WITH WOODS AND CLOCK AGAIN. HIS NEXT COURT APPEARANCE IS SCHEDULED FOR

17-year-old makes first court appearance in murders of Lyric Woods, Devin Clark

Issiah Mehki Ross, the 17-year-old charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Lyric Woods and Devin Clark, made a brief first court appearance on Tuesday.

Yeah, this is Mr Ross's first appearance in Superior Court when this matter was in juvenile court. Mr trap did enter a general appearance, I presume by his presence that he will be continuing as counsel for Mr Ross. And to let the court know. I filed a notice of appearance yesterday in Superior Court. I served a copy of the D. A's office. I believe there should be one of the. All right. I'll see that. Thank you very much. Um Your honor Mr trap just yesterday filed two motions. Um One is a bond motion, one is a motion for return of property. He and I discussed uh that last week and I let him know that if they weren't filed by the end of the week, that I wouldn't be in a position to hear them. I think we're in agreement to continue consideration of those motions to the december session um at the transfer hearing, Judge Merle ordered that he be held with no bond. And so I would ask that continue without modification until we're able to address the bond motion. And yeah, we were in agreement and I understood that we wouldn't be addressing either of those motions today. I just want to put on file so that we can schedule a time appropriate for the court and the D. A's office for them to the earth. Excuse me, thank you both.
