Investigators: Family members shot each other at Bunnlevel home

Two family members were taken to the hospital after a shooting Sunday morning at a Harnett County home.

Around 4:25 a.m., the Harnett County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported assault at 312 Raynor McLamb Road in Bunnlevel.

Deputies found two victims at the scene. Kim McLean, 53, had a gunshot wound to her right arm. Archie McLean, 75, was shot in the head. Kim McLean was treated and released from the hospital, but Archie McLean was transported to UNC Chapel Hill, where he remained Monday,

Deputies said the two victims are related to one another and both live at the address.

Investigators determined the two shot each other after an argument.

Charges were not yet filed.
