Interim Official Named Moore County Manager
T. Cary McSwain was named Monday as Moore County manager. He has held the position on an interim basis since October.
Posted — UpdatedCARTHAGE, N.C. — T. Cary McSwain was named Monday as Moore County manager. He has held the position on an interim basis since October.
Before coming to Moore County, McSwain served as assistant manager of Gaston County for 15 years and county administrator for 12 years in Richland County, S.C. He earned a degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in public administration from North Carolina State University.
