RALEIGH, N.C. — Get ready for some sweat and sweets on this month's Out and About TV!

On this episode we visit Smallcakes for some Valentine's desserts, then take a trip to Camp Gladiator to burn those calories! We also head to the Triangle Cultural Art Gallery, a free gallery in Raleigh that offers art classes and showcases works of art that tell a cultural narrative.

We also take a family-friendly day trip to Catawba Farms, which features a winery, brewery, and the state's only eco-friendly, year-round outdoor ice skating rink. Also featured this month is Book Harvest, a Durham non-profit that collects donations and offers free books and reading programs for children.
