'Incredible feeling of happiness': Durham mayor receives COVID vaccine

Durham, N.C. — Durham's mayor is the latest local leader to get vaccinated against the coronavirus.
Fransine "Frankie" Sanchez, a nurse, gave Mayor Steve Schewel the vaccine on Friday morning.
"It was an incredible feeling of happiness to get the vaccine, and I encourage all to sign up," Schewel said on Twitter.
Schewel received the Moderna vaccine.
