I'm back from Europe!

If you have been wondering where I have been for the last 9 days, here's the scoop!

I'll post more details later including some of the ways we saved on this trip and a bunch of photos, but here are the basics.

We spent 3 days in London and 6 days in Paris. This was our first trip to both cities.

We enjoyed phenomenal works of art in countless museums (Rodin, Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, Picasso, Caravaggio, da Vinci), amazing architecture, fantastic food and wine, a Vivaldi concert at Sainte Chapelle in Paris, a hike up the Notre-Dame tower, boat tours on the River Thames and the Seine River and so much more. I think I walked somewhere around 400 miles in those 9 days, give or take a few.

I had planned to post more on the blog while I was gone but there were some glitches using the tablet I brought and it made it difficult to post. I could not read or respond to any blog comments or post clickable links. My thanks to all of you for posting deals and comments! I'll be back to regularly scheduled posting on Friday. We just returned Thursday afternoon and I am still on Paris time so I need some sleep!
