Human remains found in Moore County identified as 32-year-old man
The remains of a man found in Moore County on Sunday have been identified.
Posted — UpdatedWEST END, N.C. — The remains of a man found in Moore County on Sunday have been identified.
The state's Chief Medical Examiner has positively identified the man as Jamal Orlando Bostic. Bostic was 32 and lived in West End.
The remains were found off Murdocksville Road between N.C. Highway 73 and Doubs Chapel Road in West End.
Murdocksville Road was closed for several hours while the Moore County Sheriff's Office investigated. The case is being investigated as a homicide.
No other details were provided by the sheriff's office.
