How many coupon inserts will we have in the Sunday paper?

On Sunday, April 19, there should be up to 2 coupon inserts including 1 RetailMeNot insert and 1 SmartSource insert.

Keep in mind that because of the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be changes to newspaper deliveries.

In an e-mail to subscribers on Thursday, March 26, The News & Observer indicated, "We are committed to continue to deliver a printed newspaper to you during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, but if conditions arise such as curfews, closures or conditions that make it impossible to do so, we want you to be prepared."

The subject line of the e-mail was, "Possible changes to print delivery - be prepared."

And if you are worried about whether you can contract COVID-19 from touching your newspaper, check out this article from CouponsInTheNews.com.
Head to CouponsInTheNews.com for a preview each week of many of the specific coupons we will get. We won't receive all the same coupons on this list each week, but we will get many of the same ones.

If you buy the paper at a store on Sunday (instead of getting a subscription delivered to your home), make sure you look inside the paper before you buy it so you can see that the coupons are in there.

You will find that sometimes, the papers at the stores and in the paper boxes do not have coupons. Sometimes the newspaper runs out of coupon inserts and because the home delivery papers are the first to get the coupons, the papers that go to the stores do not always have all the coupons.

Send Expired Coupons to Our Military

And if you are looking for somewhere to donate your expired manufacturer coupons, our US troops overseas can use them at many on-base commissaries after they have expired. Find out where to send them at www.coupsfortroops.org.

Keep in mind that the weekly scheduled inserts in the annual list may be different if the insert providers make any changes during the year.
