Pick-Up Details
Once you arrive to pick-up your order, you will drive up to the House of Raeford truck and give your order number to the people loading the orders. You'll need to stay in your car. Your order will be placed in your trunk or back seat. Again, they ask that you do not get out of your car for safety reasons.
The company held similar bulk chicken sales during the spring and summer of 2020 that did not require pre-ordering. They were first-come first-serve and people lined up very early in the morning. At some of these sales, there were long lines of cars with customers hoping to pick up some of the low-priced poultry. In some cases, the chicken sold out and people had to be turned away without making a purchase.
Now that all of the events require customers to pre-order and pre-pay, they have addressed those issues.
