House fire in Fayetteville displaces seven people, kills family dog
A house fire Saturday in Fayetteville displaced five residents and killed the family's dog.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A house fire Saturday in Fayetteville displaced seven residents and killed the family's dog.
Fayetteville Fire Department Chief Adam Ferguson said the fire happened at 9:51 p.m. at 1623 Grandview Dr. Units were dispatched and saw smoke coming from a single-story home.
The fire was brought under control but officials learned a family dog died during the fire.
Units were on the scene late Saturday night investigating.
