Hope Mills man wins $1M on scratch off lottery ticket
A Hope Mills man found a $1 million prize Tuesday in the North Carolina Education Lottery's 110X The Cash scratch off game.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Hope Mills man found a $1 million prize Tuesday in the North Carolina Education Lottery's 100X The Cash scratch off game.
Clark Robinson scored the win on a $20 ticket that he bought at the RJ Tobacco Mart on Hope Mills Road in Fayetteville. Robinson won the second of six $1 million prizes.
There are also two tickets remaining with the top prize of $4 million.
Robinson chose the lump sum payout of $600,000. After state and federal taxes, he took home $423,011, lottery officials said.
