<b>HOPE MILLS, N.C.</b> — A Hope Mills man was arrested Tuesday in a series of peeping incidents in the Village Green subdivision, police said Wednesday.

The charges stem from three reports last week of a man peering into windows and exposing himself.

On March 29, three people called police to report a man looking into apartment windows on Hackberry Drive.
