Hope Mills man arrested for indecent liberties

HOPE MILLS, N.C. — A Hope Mills man was arrested Thursday on a charge of indecent liberties, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said.
Leonard Earl Brooks, 55, of the 4000 block of William Bill Luther Drive, was charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Brooks was held in the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $220,000 bond.
