Holly Springs man faces 2008 indecent liberties charge
A Holly Springs man was arrested Friday after being on the run for nearly three years from accusations of committing a sexual offense with a girl.

A warrant for the arrest of Hipolito Ubieta-Anaya, 36, of 517 Verdoucq Drive, on one count of indecent liberties with a minor was issued in September 2008. He had eluded authorities until his arrest Friday.
The warrant does not specify the girl's age but states that the child was under age 16.
Ubieta-Anaya was placed in the Wake County jail under a $25,000 secured bond.
He was also placed under a detainer as the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigates his immigration status.
