North Carolina Highway Patrol is looking for a missing suspect after a fatal hit and run Saturday morning in Granville County. 

<b>BUTNER, N.C.</b> — A 23-year-old man was hit and killed on Interstate 85 in Granville County on Saturday morning.

Troopers said Edgar Guzman was walking southbound in the northbound emergency lane near mile marker 203 when he was hit.

A truck driver found Guzman around 4:30 a.m. Troopers said they believe the hit-and-run happened between 12:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.

Troopers are searching for a GMC with front or center damage.
