Henderson man charged with killing roommate
A Henderson man surrendered to police Tuesday hours after investigators announced he was wanted in connection with the death of his roommate.

HENDERSON, N.C. — A Henderson man surrendered to police Tuesday hours after investigators announced he was wanted in connection with the death of his roommate.
Stoney Leon Johnson, 36, of 649 Vance St., was charged with first-degree murder and was being held without bond in the Vance County jail.
Youself Roseboro was found shot to death in the Vance Street home he shared with Johnson on Monday, police said.
No other details from the case were released.
