Thanksgiving isn't Thanksgiving at my house if the leftover turkey isn't turned a couple of days later into this turkey, cheese and broccoli casserole. This turkey tetrazzini recipe is another great way to use leftover turkey.
My grandma always suggested that I use leftover mashed potatoes to make a traditional potato salad a lot like this. She also used to use extra mashed or boiled potatoes to make a candy that's a lot like this one.
