Healthy Recipe: Oven roasted cherry tomatoes from The Duke Diet
There are so many ways to eat these delicious oven roasted cherry tomatoes from on their own to over pasta or fish or chicken. So good!Posted — Updated
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup basil, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in baking pan. Cook in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the tomatoes start to split.
