Harris Teeter in Fuquay-Varina reopens to public after bomb threat cleared by police
Fuquay-Varina Police Department said it is continuing the investigation of the threat, which was shared via a text message to store management.
Posted — UpdatedFUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. — A Harris Teeter store in the King's Grant Commons shopping center on Fayetteville Road has reopened to the public after a bomb threat Monday morning.
Fuquay-Varina Police Department said it is continuing the investigation of the threat, which was shared via a text message to store management.
Police said there is no threat to the public at this time.
The store, which opened at 6 a.m., was evacuated before 8 a.m., according to police.
