Harnett County Schools postpone in-person learning after winter break

Harnett County School officials announced on Wednesday that hybrid, in-person learning would be postponed for three days.

LILLINGTON, N.C. — Harnett County School officials announced on Wednesday that hybrid, in-person learning would be postponed for three days.

Students are expected to return from break on Jan. 6 and begin class remotely, officials said.

School officials will discuss further extensions to online learning at the Harnett County Board of Education meeting on Jan 4.

Harnett County has more than 4,000 cases of the virus, as of Wednesday.
