The Harlem Globetrotters are bringing their unique basketball skills to the RBC Center for a show on Friday, and some WRAL folks will be joining them.

If you have never seen the Harlem Globetrotters before, they put on a great family-friendly show - tricks, humor, fan-interaction and a little basketball.

What makes Friday's game unique is that WRAL's Cullen Browder and Kevin Holmes will be taking on Mix 101.FM's Lynda Loveland and Mark Thomas from 620 The Buzz in a 2-on-2 game during halftime. I heard Lynda was practicing on Monday in her high-heeled boots. The Globetrotters I met said she had skills! Should be a good game!

Since I have always wanted to be a Globetrotter, I asked two of their current members, Jet Williams and Blenda Rodriguez, to show me some moves earlier this week. Check out the video to see how it went:

Jet attended Word of God Christian Academy in Raleigh and went to college at UNC-Asheville. It is his first year with the Globetrotters.
Blenda has been a Globetrotter for five years. He is originally from Manhattan, N.Y., and attended Bergen Community College in New Jersey.

And check Out & About Saturday morning for pictures from the Globetrotters show!
