Halifax man charged in two break-ins
James Richard Banks, 28, was charged with breaking and entering, felony larceny, possession of stolen goods, obtaining property by false pretenses and injury to personal property.
Posted — UpdatedLITTLETON, N.C. — Halifax County sheriff's deputies charged a Littleton man Sunday with the breaking and entering and larceny of two area businesses.
James Richard Banks, 28, was charged with breaking and entering, felony larceny, possession of stolen goods, obtaining property by false pretenses and injury to personal property.
Banks was being held in the Halifax County jail Sunday under a $6,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 16.
Jerry Stovall and Jacques Jefferson had already been charged in these incidents.
