Halifax County asks for help in finding wanted man
The Halifax County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in finding Daryl Keith Shearin, who is wanted on several outstanding warrants.

A spokesman for the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said Shearin is known to frequent the Weldon and Roanoke Rapids area. Shearin is between 5'10" and 6' tall and weighs about 180 lbs.
Shearin is wanted for outstanding warrants for robbery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, felony larceny, obtaining property by false pretenses and driving while license revoked, a spokesman for the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said.
