Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — The site of Hadley's Cafe is up for sale in downtown Raleigh.
The 1920s-inspired restaurant and bar at 317 W. Morgan St. opened less than four months ago.
A listing for the property was posted on Craigslist Wednesday. The cost was listed at $120,000. The bar and restaurant has been newly renovated with new equipment, per the listing.
Hadley's was the latest venture from Drew Schenck and Kevin Barrett, who are opening the private tavern Dram & Draught on Hillsborough Street any day now. Shenck owns Rally Point Sports Grill in Cary, while Barrett was most recently employed at Foundation.
"The owners would like to sell to concentrate on their bar that is opening in the next 10 days and their other businesses," according to the Craigslist post.
Before Hadley's, the site was home to The Borough restaurant.
