Gunshots fired on Chapel Hill street

— Chapel Hill police were investigating a shooting incident near Franklin Street early Saturday.

Witnesses told officers that two groups of men exchanged gunfire near a city parking lot on East Rosemary Street around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, police said. The men then fled.

No one was injured.
