This week's deals include a Lowes Foods 3-week coupon sale, Kroger promo where you save $5 when you buy 10 participating products and some buy 2 get 3 free deals at Harris Teeter! Basically with this promotion, each item is another 50 cents off with the $5 discount. You can use manufacturer’s coupons and those that are .50 or less will double.
