GREENVILLE, N.C. — A business in Greenville says it is peacefully protesting President Donald Trump's campaign stop in the east by donating its sales to an immigration non-profit.

Matthew Scully, owner of The Scullery in Uptown Greenville, says that his store is donating 100% of Wednesday's proceeds to the American Immigration Council.

A sign posted on the storefront said the funds are intended "... to help with the immigration crisis at our southern border, and to celebrate our diverse community."

Yahoo.com reports not everyone was happy with the news.

"I don't understand wanting to piss off your customers ... I've come here at least once a week since you opened. Why did you have to get political," one man commented. "You lost a customer."
