<b>GREENVILLE, N.C.</b> — A 20-year-old Greenville man is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl at a high school.

Chad Cortez Barrett, of 1924 B Norcott Circle, faces one charge of statutory rape.

Police said that the incident occurred on the campus of J.H. Rose High School during after-school hours on Oct. 12. They said the sexual contact was nonviolent and consensual.

Barrett turned himself into police and was being held under a $100,000 bond.
