Greenville man arrested in two shootings
Timothy Monta Moore, of 3003 Apt. 9 Caldwell Court in Greenville, was arrested Wednesday evening for a shooting on Chestnut Street.

GREENVILLE, N.C. — Timothy Monta Moore, of 3003 Apt. 9 Caldwell Court in Greenville, was arrested Wednesday evening for a shooting on Chestnut Street.
According to police, Moore was involved in a confrontation with Lenny Phillips, 43. Moore pulled a gun and shot Phillips, they said.
He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
Phillips' condition was not immediately available.
Moore was being held on $2,000 bond.
