The Salisbury Police Department is searching for two missing children, 2-year-old Igh’Jhlan Silver and 3-year-old Prasjhas Reid. The victims are believed to be with Kevin Antonio Smith. Smith is believed to be in a Gray 2023 Nissan Altima with NC license tag number Khb1698.

Durham police are investigating after a man was fatally shot Sunday afternoon.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Durham police are investigating after a man was fatally shot Sunday afternoon.

Durham police said officers responded to the 2000 block of Chapel Hill Road just after 4 p.m. and found Emani Letreo Ricks, 22, of Greensboro, had been shot in the head.

Police have not said what led to the shooting or released any suspect information.
