Showmars Greek Salad
- Romaine, iceberg and spring lettuce mix (viewers can choose favorite lettuce at home)
- Kalamata olives
- Feta Cheese
- Pepperoncinis
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Red Onions
Showmars Greek Salad Dressing
- Three parts extra virgin olive oil
- 1 part cup of red wine vinegar
- Salt, pepper and oregano
Mediterranean Salmon
- Fresh 6-8oz salmon filet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Garlic
Prepare in a sautéed pan with a ½ tablespoon of olive oil.
Sautee salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
